All paddles have been inspected for material defects and workmanship before being shipped. If you find any defects in material or workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours.
Only new or unused items will be accepted for return with the exception of a defective item or the wrong item shipped.
Note: Paddles are designed to hit pickleballs only and not the floor or the ground or other hard surfaces.
We will pay the shipping to return a defective item. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer must pay the return shipping as well as a $10 restocking fee.
